With over 12 years teaching experience, Kristina has worked in many settings such as ASD, SEN, EAL, Adult Yoga Retreats, Corporate and Consultancy. It is this range of experience that has led to setting up a holistic enterprise to serve children and adults in many areas.

With practitioner qualifications in sound healing, reiki, rahanni, shamanic healing and more, Kristina can include a mix of these modalities in your relaxation session.
