1. Playing Tibetan Singing Bowls, and other Instruments with Confidence
2. Learn how to hold and play Tibetan bowls with proper posture and technique so you can create a beautiful tone.
3. We’ll explore different ways to use them in sessions to support relaxation and deep listening.
