Inclusive block of classes for neuro-diverse children and their parents to relax, connect, and unwind in a calm, sensory-friendly space. This session is designed with flexibility and comfort in mind, offering a welcoming environment where children can engage in their own way and families can feel at ease.

We begin with extended time for sensory play, where children can explore lights, textures, and calming toys at their own pace.

As the space gradually softens, families are invited to get comfortable on a bed or mat. The session flows into a gentle guided story and sound bath, using soothing instruments to support relaxation.

You are welcome to come in your pyjamas ready for bed when you go home.
